You work with MEFA profile rails and are regularly faced with the challenge of having to select the right rail for your load case? Then use MEFA StatiCAL!
MEFA StatiCAL is a structural analysis software for all technical building equipment manufacturers (HVAC) and offers you a helpful supplement for planning fastening situations on the structure.
The program contains the entire range of MEFA profile rails, from C-profile 22/16 to CENTUM® XL 200. You simply fit the specifications from your load case:
- First of all, you must know the existing load values (note conversion to kN!), as well as
- your load case.
- Now you can select the bearings,
- determine the permissible deflection and
- select the profile position.
- Now determine the length of the rail and
- transfer the loads from your load case.
Then you will get an overview which MEFA profile rails are suitable or unsuitable for your application.
For the selected profile rails, the percentage utilization of the maximum permissible stress and deflection are given. Also, the maximum bending moment and the maximum deflection for the selected load case. The permissible values for the profile rails used are also listed.
The program creates an audit-proof calculation report in a transparent way and allows you to output the report as a PDF and thus add it to your documentation.
Multilingual and without installation
MEFA StatiCAL offers you the following languages by default: Danish, German, English, Italian, Latvian, Dutch, Polish and Hungarian. As soon as you open the program in the browser, the stored language (national language browser) is automatically selected. If the national language is not covered by our language library, English will be selected. The language can be changed later using the drop-down list.
The program does not require local installation. To use it, you just need to launch the program in your Internet browser (preferably Google Chrome).
